White coral mushroom
The white coral mushroom has – as the name suggests – a unique appearance: its numerous branches create a shape that resembles beautiful coral!
This mushroom has a somewhat nutty but neutral flavour, which makes it highly versatile. It can be fried, braised, boiled, grilled or deep-fried. But beware: the mushroom loses its fragile, crisp structure if heated for too long! Use the white coral mushroom as a garnish on a fungi or truffle pizza or in salads. Enjoy!
