Chanterelle

The chanterelle can be recognized by its distinct bright yellow, funnel-shaped cap. This rare mushroom has a slight smell of apricot, but a spicy and peppery flavour.

When added to ragout, game or poultry in particular, the chanterelle tastes delicious. Fancy chanterelles for lunch? If so then fried chanterelle with onion and garlic on toast is a scrumptious option! In other words: this mushroom is extremely versatile.

Did you know that this vitality booster is rich in phosphorus, which promotes a healthy energy balance?
