Yellow foot

Similarly to its close relative the funnel chanterelle, the yellow foot is a typical autumnal mushroom. The yellow foot is characterised by a slightly fruitier aroma.

The yellow foot distinguishes itself from the funnel chanterelle by its splendid colours and stronger, woody flavour. Although both mushrooms have a spicy and slightly piquant flavour, the yellow foot’s is clearly stronger. Enjoy!
